By placing an order with Jord Organics, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Return and Refund Policy.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel comfortable trying Jord. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

You do not need to prove anything to us. You do not need to explain your results or return an opened pouch. If you are not satisfied, you are not satisfied, and we will refund you.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at jordorganicsco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your order number and the name the order was placed under.
  3. That is all. No forms, no questionnaires.

We will reply to confirm your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request.

What Is Refunded

  • We refund the price of the product only.
  • Shipping, handling, and any optional shipping-protection fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping, where a return is required, is the responsibility of the customer.

Multi-Pouch and Bundle Orders

The guarantee covers your full order.

  • Opened pouches never need to be returned.
  • If you purchased a bundle and still have unopened pouches, we may ask you to return the unopened pouches before your refund is issued.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When You Will Receive Your Refund

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, email us at jordorganicsco@gmail.com and we will follow it up for you.

Where a physical return is required (unopened bundle pouches), refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at jordorganicsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop your order before it ships, but our team works quickly to dispatch orders promptly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has been processed.

  • A small $2.00 administrative fee may apply to cancelled orders to cover processing costs.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and should instead be handled under the 30-day money-back guarantee above once delivered.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, email jordorganicsco@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You will not be asked to return damaged goods.

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will either resend the order or refund you in full.

Return Instructions

To start a return where one is required:

  1. Email jordorganicsco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, the return address.
  3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account page or by emailing jordorganicsco@gmail.com, and no further pouches will be charged or shipped.

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to each shipment individually, measured from the delivery date of that shipment.
  • For any returned subscription item, it must be unopened, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Holiday Delivery Notice

During peak periods, delivery times can be longer than usual. To help your order arrive in time for a specific date, please order early. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular holiday for orders placed close to it.

A Few Limits

  • The guarantee period is 30 days from delivery. Requests made after 30 days are handled case by case. We will always try to be fair, but a refund outside the window is not guaranteed.
  • This guarantee applies to purchases made through jordorganics.com. Products bought through any third-party retailer are covered by that retailer's return policy.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds where we identify clear abuse of this policy, such as repeated refunded orders to the same person or household. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Policy Updates

Jord Organics may update or amend this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on our website. The version in effect on the date of your order is the one that applies to that order.
